As we wrap up the year, let’s take a moment to celebrate the incredible impact digital art has had on bringing people together and sparking creative collaboration.
Founded on April 6, 2020, Exquisite Workers began as a platform to unite artists through the communal creation of “Exquisite Corpses” on Instagram. Fast forward to today, and we’ve blossomed into a vibrant collective of over 1,000 artists from more than 50 countries! Together, we craft a massive work of art every day, drawing inspiration from the classic surrealist game that originated a century ago.
What started as a simple idea has evolved into a thriving community of creators for creators, continuously generating exciting opportunities for collaboration and artistic expression. So, as we bid farewell to this year, let’s celebrate the creative spirit that connects us all and look forward to even more artistic adventures in the new year! 🌟✨

Milestones in 2022
What a year 2022 has been here at Exquisite Workers! From touring the Exquisite Corpse digital and physical exhibitions in Spain and internationally, to the full release of our first NFT Collection, this year has been full of amazing achivements.
We thought you would like to celebrate with us, reflecting on some of our favourite milestones before we head into the New Year. Thank you for being part of these moments, for your endless inspiration, the countless messages of love and gratitude — but most importantly for drawing with us.
These are some memorable highlights:
- Exquisite Workers has exhibited across different digital art stages: in WOW Summit Dubai, EAU, in Seattle NFT Museum, USA, United Nations headquarter in NYC, USA, in 0x Society Gallery, Montreal, Canada in a solo show. Most recently, we commemorated the Surrealists in an interactive family friendly exhibition at Barcelona Picasso Museum as part of the #BarcelonaDibuixa Festival on October 23, 2022 and drew Exquisite Corpses with 1,000 guests.
- Exquisite Workers has finished the first gigantic NFT collection of curated 504 digital arts which was dedicated to the cosmos exploration and which supported the Global Sustainable Development Goals. The Exquisite Crypto Corpse was introduced to the Blockchain during 12 months and about a half was sold out thanks to your ongoing support.
- Exquisite Workers was highted by a range of publishing medias including BeInCrypto España, Cointelegraph, and Business Today. We are especially proud that Exquisite Workers was invited for an interview for the first article about NFTs by DiariAra, the most read newspaper in a Catalan language. The article was released on October 9, 2022.

- Exquisite Workers has onboarded 8 digital and 2 AI artists on SuperRare, one of the most prestigious NFT marketplaces in the world. We also participated for the first time in the SuperRare Space Race which is the regular competition designed to win the independently operated storefronts in the SuperRare Network. We took the place #20 in the SuperRace Space Race #4 among 60 submissions and received 100,256 votes.
- Exquisite Workers has became the Finalist at the NFT.NYC Awards among more than 12,000 nominations for the Diversity Award, for the Best NFT Project for Creators and the Best Ecological Initiative from an NFT project.
- Exquisite Workers co-founded A Weekly AI Collective which is a weekly space on Twitter dedicated to community education about AI art through the live conversations with promosing AI artists.
- In summer, Exquisite Workers celebrated digital fashion and women’s entry into the Metaverse by collaborating with The Fabricant and The World of Women community. Our digital fabrics “Turn“ and ”My Life is a Circus” became the most popular in the Season #2 (555 minted pieces) to create the most outstanding digital dresses for the Metaverse.

New collaboration with Skribbl
As a digitally native platform, we have always been interested in how to connect creatives with projects and organizations and bring value in the commercial sector. We are happy to help the brands effectivily communicate their values and identity, and to connect with their audience on an emotional level through the excellent digital art.
Today, we celebrate the partnership with Skribbl, a UK-based platform of hand-drawn illustrations which are available to purchase online. Their ever growing collection of minimal black and white digital drawings give human touch to any brand, web or design projects.
Skribbl offers aspiring creatives a stage to promote their artwork globally, commission the illustration workshops as well as give the chance to earn paid commissions and pitch for live briefs. Exquisite Workers has onboarded 20 artists to give them the career-building opportunities together with Skribbl, and this is just the beginning.
The artists have introduced on the website the minimal hand-made digital drawings which can be used to create a unique and distinctive visual aesthetic for a brand, and to communicate a certain message or feeling to the audience.

Christmas Children´s Edition
Christmas often brings people together and provides an opportunity for families and friends to share experiences and create memories. Drawing with children makes them feel connected to their family and community, express their creativity and imagination, and provides a sense of excitement as they anticipate and celebrate the holidays together.
Exquisite Workers is excited to inaugurate our third annual Christmas Edition created exclusively by children. 12 young artists from 2 years of age have prepared some wonderful drawings which depict scenes and themes related to the holiday, such as Santa Claus, Christmas trees, presents, snow, and other traditional symbols and images associated with the season. We hope you enjoy these wonderful creations with us!
